Our post-construction is a complete top to bottom clean, covering all nooks & corners inside and out of all surfaces. We specialize in dust clean up! Our checklist is specifically designed to clean up all the dust left behind during construction.

COMMON TASKS

Each clean is different, based on the job and priced differently. For example, windows are priced separately from the rest of the clean, as with decks etc.

Swiffer all walls (dry mop);
Dust & wipe down all baseboards/casing/doors;
Clean interior windows (screens, sills, glass & tracks);
Clean interior & exterior cabinets throughout;
Clean all interior & exterior of all appliances;
Dust & wipe down all light fixtures;
Wash, scrub & sanitize all bathrooms (toilets, baths, sinks);
Clean all mirrors & glass throughout;
Sweep/vacuum & wash all floors;
Vacuum carpeting & mop floors;
Wipe down any louvres, shelves, built-ins etc.

Any thing else we find necessary to make it move-in (staging) ready
